SHIPPING INFORMATION (UPDATED)

Fast, reliable shipping is something our customers value, and to keep delivering it, we've introduced a small shipping fee for our fastest delivery options. Courier costs have risen everywhere, and keeping everything free would have meant slower services and more delays, which isn't what most people want when ordering fragrance.

By adding a low, subsidised shipping fee, we can continue to offer fast, tracked shipping methods so your order arrives quickly and reliably.

At the same time, we still have a Free option for anyone happy to wait a little longer.

All orders are dispatched from either our Australian warehouse or directly from our US supplier. Orders are sent to the delivery address provided using reputable local and international logistic partners.

Every order includes tracking, and Australian customers also receive an SMS once their order has been dispatched. If you can't locate your confirmation email, please check your junk folder.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Please note: If you're purchasing a perfume for a specific date, please place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. We cannot take responsibility for delays when orders are placed within this timeframe.

Delivered Orders and Missing Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. As a result, we do not provide refunds or replacements for parcels reported lost, stolen, or missing after the courier has confirmed delivery.

Where available, we may obtain proof of delivery from the courier, such as delivery confirmation details or photographs. This information can assist customers when lodging a police report or making an insurance claim.

Please note that the availability of proof of delivery is entirely dependent on the courier's systems and procedures. Not all courier companies take photographs or provide the same level of delivery evidence, and this is outside of our control.

Any request for proof of delivery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and provided at our discretion, subject to the information made available to us by the courier.
