These terms and conditions apply to the Just Perfume 15th Birthday Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enter the Promotion.

3.1 Who Can Enter

You are eligible to enter the Promotion if you:

• are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
• are a resident of Australia (including Australian territories), New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or Canada
• place a valid order on justperfume.com.au during the Promotion period
• complete the order to the point of payment and checkout
• are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of the Promoter

3.2 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries from anyone under 18 years of age, anyone who is not resident in an eligible jurisdiction, anyone who places an order using a fraudulent payment method, or anyone who is not the account holder of the email or payment method used to place the order.

4.1 Entry Mechanism

You enter the Promotion by placing a valid order on justperfume.com.au during the Promotion period. An order is a valid order when payment has been successfully processed, the order has been completed to checkout, the order has not been cancelled or refunded, and the order was placed during the official Promotion period.

4.2 No Form Required

No separate entry form is required. Entry into the Promotion is automatic upon completion of a valid order.

5.1 Entry Numbers

Orders under 150: 1 entry. Orders 150.00 or more: 2 entries. Orders 300.00 or more: 3 entries.

Any order that is refunded (in full or in part) is immediately disqualified from the Promotion. If an entrant is deemed a weekly or major prize winner and subsequently requests a refund after winning, the Promoter reserves the right to process the refund with the prize value deducted from the refunded amount.

7.1 Major Prize

One major prize: Monthly Just Perfume store credit to the value of AUD 200 per month for 12 consecutive months. Total prize value: AUD 2,400.

7.2 Weekly Prizes

Twelve weekly prizes are available, one per week. Each weekly prize has a value of AUD 50 and consists of: Fuel voucher, Visa gift card, or Just Perfume gift card.

7.3 Prize Eligibility

Winners of weekly prizes remain eligible to win the major prize.

A weekly draw will be conducted each Wednesday at approximately 12:00 pm AEST. The major prize draw will be conducted on or around 29 September 2026 at approximately 12:00 pm AEST. All draws will be conducted fairly and impartially using a computerised random number generator.

Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw. Winners must accept and claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible winner.

The major prize will be delivered to the winner's email address as a unique voucher code. Weekly prizes will be delivered within 14 days of the draw announcement. All Just Perfume store credits and gift cards are subject to Just Perfume's standard terms and conditions.

By entering the Promotion, you consent to the Promoter collecting and using your personal information for conducting and administering the Promotion, notifying winners, and publicising your first name and state/country as a winner if applicable. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss or damage arising from entry into or participation in the Promotion, the quality of any prize, technical failures, or indirect loss. By entering the Promotion, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter from any claims, losses, or damages.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair and lawful conduct. Changes will be announced on Just Perfume's website and social media channels.

Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved by the Promoter in its sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a written complaint with the Promoter at customercare@justperfume.com.au. The Promoter will respond to complaints within 30 days.

This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and state gaming and promotional conduct legislation. This Promotion is not a gambling activity and does not constitute a lottery, raffle, or illegal gaming.
